Education and Training

The Training and Education Department of For the Family Foundation develops accessible, evidence informed education for families, professionals, volunteers, and community partners navigating family estrangement and complex family relationships.

Through professional trainings, continuing education, workshops, facilitator development, and educational resources, the department works to increase understanding of family systems, improve professional competency, and encourage thoughtful, balanced approaches to estrangement, conflict, boundaries, and reconciliation.

Our goal is to turn research and experience into practical knowledge that strengthens professionals, supports families, and creates opportunities for healthier relationships.
